048 — How To Plan For The Next Year (Vision, Goals, and Beyond)

Before you dive into this episode, I encourage you to go back and listen to episode 047 if you haven't already. You don't have to, but I go into setting time aside to reflect and close out your year. ...Or week, month, or quarter — whatever season of life you're in. Setting time aside to reflect will help you visualize what is next, especially in step two of this episode.

Did you know, you do not need to be 100% clear on everything you want in order to create visions for the future and set goals? Nope. All you need is a general direction.

So if you have your general direction, let's get into it. How do you set a vision for the future and create goals? Here's an advanced and simple version to help you plan for your next season of life.

I always recommend the advanced version (if you can make time for it) because it allows us to go deep into what our important pillars of life are, our feelings surrounding those areas, and get extremely intentional for the future. Depending on what your pillars are, we have the opportunity to make decisions for those on the daily. Whether it's a decision around your career, relationship, finances, health, etc., most of those topics are in people's top pillars of life.

Ask yourself — Who do you need to become? What shift do I need to tap into more to bring my vision to reality? What thoughts do I need to have? What do I need to feel?

Tap into your feminine energy and find out what you need to feel & become in order to make your vision a reality. Make that shift daily. Do the thing that brings you closer to your goals daily. Embody the person.
